Congratulations to Babcock Infrastructure Services in winning a four year contract for the provision of professional services to the London Borough of Ealing, and for selecting Timemaster to assist in monitoring the contract and billing their services.

Babcock Infrastructure Services have developed their own quality system methodology based around project stages and checkpoint gateways and found that Timemaster was a perfect fit for both monitoring contract expenditure and for invoicing their services.

Timemaster will initially be used to gather the time spent on projects and stages electronically, cutting down on paper chases and ensuring up-to-date cost information is available. Timemaster will also replace a number of separate, stand-alone spreadsheets and automate the invoicing processes, generate income forecasts and monitor the delivery and profitability of the contract.

Babcock IS provide multi-discipline services such as Architectural, Engineering, Quantity Surveying and Building Maintenance services to the London Borough of Ealing's Directorates such as Housing and Education.
