Kirklees Property Services have commissioned Orica to write a web based project collboration system to assist in sharing drawings and other documents amongst members of their project teams

To be delivered in December 2009, the project collboration software is a brand new web based software product with the capability of being hosted by third parties. Initially running separately from Timemaster, the software will allow different organisations involved in projects to share drawings, documents, requests for information etc. using a central database over the web.
- Book out and book in drawings and other project related documents
- Record users comments and mark-ups
- Automate revisions
- Automate issue sheets
- Record requests for information (RFIs) and track progress
- Diary appointments with emailed invitations
