2. Preparation
All of these optional Preparation services have been designed to provide the functionality required by new customer:.
Bespoke Development
Some clients have need of additional features to be included into Timemaster. This can take the form of minor modifications to existing folders, the inclusion of bespoke reports or even the writing of a totally new module/folder. This work will be defined in a specification, signed-off by both parties and the work will be scheduled to be undertaken by the Timemaster development team.
Systems Integration
Timemaster has some users who need to integrate with third party applications. Orica have developed proven integrations with many of the leading financial management information systems including SAP, Powersolve, Sage and many others.
Data Migration
The data migration service is designed for organizations upgrading to Timemaster from other time-recording, project management and billing systems. Two different levels of service are provided:
- Full data migration from legacy systems / Excel
- Partial data migration from legacy systems / Excel (e.g. staff names)
Orica database analysts map data from your legacy system into Timemaster. Validation of the data is carried out to ensure the conversion process is accurate before going 'live'.
The whole process ensures organisations can 'take their on-going project data' to Timemaster to minimize the impact of the systems upgrade.
